- 300 g tartar sauce
- 4 eggs
- 1 – 2 gherkins
- 1 – 2 tbsp gherkin water from the gherkins
- Salt and pepper
Hard-boil the eggs and leave to cool. Then peel the eggs. Mix the tartar sauce in a bowl with the gherkin water until creamy and season with salt and pepper. Cut the eggs and gherkins into small cubes and carefully fold into the tartar sauce. Leave to stand in the fridge for several hours.
Once made, keep in the fridge for 1 – 2 days.
Peel and dice 1 small onion and add to the tartar sauce with the eggs and gherkins.
